Polycarbonate (Lexan®) is subsurface printed. Ink is printed under the clear polycarbonate and a transfer adhesive is applied after printing. Subsurface printing allows the clear lexan to act as a barrier protecting the inks below. This control panel overlay features several custom die cuts to allow for switches, buttons and dials.
